Enviromena appoints Neil Hutchings as Chief Asset Officer

Enviromena has today announced the appointment of Neil Hutchings as Chief Asset Officer, overseeing the company’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management services.

Neil’s appointment comes at a time of sustained growth for Enviromena’s O&M and asset management services, which has expanded significantly over the past two years and is expected to continue growing further this year as the company’s continues to scale across the UK.

In his new role, Neil will oversee operational performance, long-term asset optimisation and service delivery across Enviromena’s portfolio, supporting both third-party clients and assets held under the company’s ownership platform.

Neil brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across energy, utility and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Enviromena, he held a number of executive and director-level roles, including International Development Director at InstaVolt and multiple senior positions at Anesco, where he served as Operations Director, Technical Services Director and Director of Power Systems and Energy Storage.

Earlier in his career, Neil spent more than 20 years with Scottish and Southern Energy, including roles as Managing Director of Utility Solutions and Managing Director at SSE Telecoms.
