Headquartered in the UK with a growing presence across Europe, Enviromena has built a reputation as a trusted partner in the clean energy sector, known for our focus on sustainability, safety and innovation.

Key Milestones

2007-2017
Foundational Years

Enviromena established itself in the renewable energy sector, delivering over 17,000 projects across the Middle East.

Notable achievements include a 256MW solar plant in Benban, Egypt—part of one of the world’s largest solar developments, supplying power to over a million homes.

The company also spearheaded groundbreaking projects in the UAE, Morocco and Jordan.

2018-2022
Expansion and Innovation

Following the opening of the Enviromena’s Head Office in Reading, Berkshire, Enviromena stamped its mark on the UK and Europe, developing a strong pipeline of ground mount solar and energy storage projects across the UK and Italy.

The addition of a regional office in Italy strengthened our capabilities and demonstrated our commitment to the European market.

A team of industry experts responsible for the development and construction of over 120 ground mount solar projects and storage projects in the UK and Europe was formed and in 2022 Enviromena energised its first project in the UK at Three Maids Hill in Winchester.

2023-Present
Leading the Charge Towards Net-Zero

Following a major equity raise in 2023, Enviromena transitioned into an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and proceeded to grow its portfolio of operational assets and projects in development.

Notable successes followed including the acquisition of the 71MWp Medebridge Solar Farm in March 2024 and the history-making energisation of the first grid-accelerated project in the UK at Horsey Levels in Somerset.

These projects illustrate our commitment to rapid, effective deployment of sustainable energy at scale​.

With over 300MW of operational projects under management and 3GW of solar and battery storage projects in development and construction, Enviromena is now a leading player in the UK and European renewable energy landscape.
