O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Coordinator

The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities involved in operating and maintaining large-scale solar farms, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. This role places you at the heart of our O&M operations, where you’ll drive the efficient delivery of our on-site services and help maximise asset performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Manage field technician schedules for efficiency and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to field technicians (travel, equipment, vans).
  • Handle technician requests, prioritise, and escalate issues.
  • Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules (preventative, corrective and reactive).

Legal Counsel

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel with a focus, principally, on either transactional property work or corporate/commercial contract work to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial land related documents (including options, leases, underleases, licences, deeds of variation and easements).
  • Investigation of title and preparation of reports for internal stakeholders following review of title documents, pre-contract searches and replies to enquiries.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts (including framework agreements, service level agreements, sub-contracts, EPC Agreements and Supply Agreements).
  • Advise internal stakeholders on the risks and potential legal implications of matters which arise as part of the day-to-day running of the business (ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies).
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting the business and proactively advise the business on those changes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, guidelines, and best practices to streamline contract processes.
  • Work with external legal counsel to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Review and negotiate corporate acquisition or disposal documents. Supporting due diligence exercises & funding rounds.
  • Ability to manage own workload while receiving support and supervision.
  • Accountable for all dealings with other lawyers and other legal aspects on all property transactions.
  • Assess risk on every transaction by using skills to make pragmatic decisions and to ensure appropriate legal advice is given.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Management Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient delivery of the Asset Management function for portfolios of solar assets. They will assist the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes as well as carry out key financial tasks. 

The role will require an AAT qualification or equivalent as well as training in relevant management and cost accounting principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Support the Finance Manager, Asset Management to ensure that monthly and annual responsibilities are satisfied in line with expectations.
  • Take ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts for the SPVs.
  • Submission of generation data on the OFGEM portal.
  • Ensure monthly revenues are invoiced in a timely manner and received promptly under the terms of PPAs, ROCs, REGOs etc.
  • Preparation of payments for the SPVs and communicating supporting documentation to the Finance Manager and directors for approval.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts, cashflow statements and associated management commentary.
  • Support the preparation of bank compliance certificates in line with agreed facility agreements.
  • Assist the annual tax, accounting, and audit year-end processes.
  • Maintain a relationship with the operation and maintenance (O&M) team to ensure financial information is accurate, factual, and received on a timely basis; and site obligations are fulfilled.
  • Assist in execution of activities detailed on monthly to-do lists for the SPVs (e.g., VAT returns, tax returns, compliance statements, audit processes, etc.).
  • Assist in the maintenance of the rolling cash forecast.
  • Support in the preparation of annual statutory accounts for the SPVs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Solar PV Design Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced technical renewable energy design professional to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for designing large scale solar PV and energy storage systems.

This position requires a deep understanding of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring the highest level of technical diligence.

The role will be predominately office based with occasional site visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The production of high-quality designs and specifications for solar PV and BESS systems.
  • Review and approve our development teams designs, schematics, and layouts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinating and completing designs primarily using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with project managers to align design deliverables with project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle, from initial concept to installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to include design principles, components, and grid integration.
  • Strong knowledge of design software including AutoCAD and PVSyst.
  • Knowledge of SCADA and PPC’s
  • 5+ years of experience in solar PV system design and engineering.
  • HV/LV connection knowledge

O&M Technician

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Solar O&M Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems on-site. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You will be provided with training and guidance to progress your professional development.

This role will be site based, so will likely involve working away from home Monday to Friday, as our sites are nationwide.

  • Diagnose and repair faults within solar PV systems, electrical systems, and associated equipment.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests to address equipment failure and minimise site downtime.
  • Compile detailed reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting results.
  • Ensure that all equipment on site is running efficiently and safely, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the commissioning of new solar PV systems.
  • Conduct scheduled monthly inspections and ensure a safe working environment.

Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and conscientious labourer to join our solar Operations & Maintenance team and provide assistance to them on site. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks around the site, including lifting, basic repairs, grounds maintenance, and general labouring duties.   • Maintaining site security and safety by repairing and maintaining fences and gates.

  • Driving a company van for the transportation of tools, equipment, and materials to and from site. Not for private use.
  • Towing trailers as necessary to support site operations.

Head of Grid

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Head of Grid to join our team. The Head of Grid will be responsible for managing and optimizing the interface between our renewable energy generation assets and the national electricity grid. This role requires expertise in grid systems, operational performance, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on ensuring efficient and reliable grid connection, grid balancing, and power distribution.

  • Optimize grid connection costs throughout the development process.

Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will play a critical role in maximising the performance, reliability, and profitability of Enviromena’s solar energy portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of solar plant operations, financial analysis, and stakeholder management. The Asset Manager will ensure that the assets operate at peak efficiency, comply with all regulatory requirements, and achieve the company’s financial and sustainability goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Financial Management

  • Track, report, and troubleshoot asset financial performance, including revenue generation, operating costs, and profitability.
  • Administer offtake contracts (e.g. PPA, cPPA, CfD), ensuring compliance with contracts and notifying when fixed term contracts are due to expire.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on budgets, forecasts, and financial models for assigned assets.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Ensure insurance policies are in place and maintained for operational sites, managing insurance claims when required.

Risk Management

Operational Oversight
